Easy veggie spaghetti from Avon!

You may know Avon simply for their makup trends and fragrance lines but did you know they have an entire home line? I'd like to take a minute and praise this little gem I found. It's a Veggie spiral slicer!

It may not look like much but this little contraption is a great addition to any kitchen. If your looking to eat healthier (cutting some carbs) or just looking for a way to involve the kiddos, it's perfect. The top removes and has a prong and many grips so you don't have to hold the veggie of your choice (my personal favorite is zucchini but yellow squash, carrots, and cucumbers work well if big enough). My son loves making 'noodles' for salads as well as for pasta night. It's a very creative way to add a little extra nutrition to any meal!
